EDIT: I'd asked the person who spotted this to bring it into her yard so it's not just randomly picked up. She has done this. Unfortunately, it was rain soaked ...so she wasn't able to bring it into her house, but for now, at least it is "safe" ------------------------------------------------------------------ This was posted in the West End group. It looks as though it is some sort of renaissance/cosplay costuming? I’ve no idea who to tag? Or what group to notify? Anybody have any ideas?
