Our Cowan's Optical location in BONAVISTA is currently looking for a serious, motivated individual that is both professional and customer service oriented. This clinic provides all types of services for patients; complete eye examinations, contact lens fitting, prescription and non prescription frame fittings, etc. We are looking for an individual who will be interested in taking the course to become a Licensed Optician or is currently enrolled as a Student Optician. We need... an individual who is comfortable with using a computer and exceptional customer service skills while working in a fast pace environment. Previous experience in a Medical Office or Optical field is a plus but not necessary. Also looking to talk to any current License Opticians in Clarenville and Central Newfoundland region. Just a friendly reminder to let you know we are still offering CURBSIDE PICKUP during these unprecedented times. All of our locations have mandatory wearing of masks to enter. For customers with eye exams, you are reminded of this when we call to confirm. But we know for those of you who are just stopping by for a quick repair or contact lenses you may not be prepared with a mask. The Optometrists and Opticians boards are requiring masks to be worn as we work in such a close distance.
