Start slowly and building up to 30 to 60 minutes a day will boost mood. *If committing to a longer workout is overwhelming divide the time into 3 mini workouts of 10-minutes each. -Keep up your sleep routine! Without adequate sleep our circadian rhy...thm can get disrupted, which also disrupts our cortisol rhythms and impacts hormone production. -Call on your support system!
