Today I had buyer clients close on 25 Wilewood in Falmouth. It was an entirely remote purchase and closing as they're outside of the Atlantic Provinces. I just went onto FB to add them and this was the profile picture that I found! This year the number of virtual/remote purchases has increased exponentially. I've worked with a number of buyers who didn't set foot in their home until weeks (in some cases months) after closing.
