Just started seminar with @billvancewine and 6 wines. It’s his 90 Minute Wine Expert tasting.

Nice spread @the5kingsbrewpub alongside a pint of their pale ale, brewed onsite. Happy Friday in Zone 2!!

We made yummy cauliflower soup with rosemary infused olive oil. I made croutons with sourdough bread and we served it with spinach and ricotta filled gnocchi (not homemade). Super Delicious with a nice creamy Chardonnay.

Tasting these two @vinsdumedoc wines today for the @veroniquerivest seminar online. The 2016 Revelations Moulin de la Riviere is very tight and closed, earthy, whereas the 2014 La Branne is very expressive and in fine form. Both are around 50% CS and available @anbl at their Moncton Experience store. #wine #bordeaux #medoc #sommelier
