We are grateful for each and every one of you for your support during this time. All of our stores are open 10am to 5pm Tuesday-Saturday. Willow Park is open 10am to 5pm Monday Saturday. ... All locations have baking available for purchase in store. Please note we are serving one customer in our stores at a time, so please plan accordingly as there may be line ups at various times throughout the day. We are grateful for each and every one of you for your overwhelming support during this time. We are fully booked for deliveries for April 9-13, but the good news is both of our feature flavours Mini Egg and Hazelnut will be available until the end of April (or until we are sold out). Due to overwhelming demand our pickup pre-orders are also fully booked for April 9-11 in all cities. We are allowing only one customer in our stores at a time and we will have limited quantities of sweet treats available in store each day this weekend.

Thank you for continuing to support us while we try to navigate a new way of creating distance between ourselves yet remain connected to each other. Crave is built upon the core value of bringing joy to people’s lives through delicious homemade baking. To maintain our core value we'll continue to bake fresh for you each morning at all of our stores, and we'll continue to service you 1 customer at time. This means only 1 customer will be allowed in our stores at a time and we'...ll only be accepting credit cards for payment. As much as we love feeling the hustle and bustle of a lineup in our stores, we know it is in everybody’s best interest to keep as much distance between us as possible. How will this work? Pre-order online or call our order line at 403.270.2728. Call the store once you arrive to let the staff know you are there for your pick up. Please respect the 1 person in the store at a time rule and allow us to finish with the existing customer. Once safe to do so, we'll let you know your order is ready by writing your name on a piece of paper and placing your order on a table at the front of the store. Please walk into the store and pick up your order. No order, no problem. Inside each store there will be a table by the door with enough space to let you in and for you to feel comfortable placing an order with one of our friendly staff. There will be a cupcake menu on the table + a list of all other available baking we have in store that day (we may have that Twix bar you've been craving all week!) Our staff will: Take your order while you stand inside the store behind the table Record your credit card # Ask you to wait outside while they put your order together Place your order on the table and acknowledge you once it is safe to come inside the store to pick up your order off the table. We'll continue to offer delivery in the cities we operate in. Delivery prices for any new orders will vary in each city, ranging from $5 to $15. Thank you for buying our baking. As of Monday March 16, all of our store locations (excluding Brookfield Place) will remain open. At this time we will be pre-packaging some of the products in our bakeries, so take-out is made easier for our customers. We do encourage our customers to place their orders online and pre-pay, as we will no longer be accepting cash payments in our stores. We will be offering FREE delivery in the city of Calgary from March 16-20, pre-orders are recommended. We will be offering ...contactless delivery in Calgary, we ask that you please provide us with your cell phone number when you place a delivery order and we will send you a text message when the order has been delivered. Please respect that we are still baking fresh every day and we will have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all orders. We continue to be vigilant in our hand washing and food handling practices to ensure we are providing a safe environment for you our customers and our staff. We are monitoring the latest updates from public health authorities, including municipal, provincial, and federal public health agencies.
