As we begin to pray and figure out when we can re-launch our Sunday morning gatherings, we would like for everybody to fill out a re-launch survey. This survey is anonymous; however, you can leave an email if you would like. There are only 15 questions and will not not take much of your time. The results of the survey will be reviewed by the church leadership (Elders) in order to help guide our progressive reopening along with the easement of measures from our Provincial Health Authorities. These questions are meant to let us know where members of our church are struggling and how to best support them. We also request individual responses be provided for each member of the family unit.
