Most of us are dealing with difficult and challenging feelings every day right now. The thing about feelings is - they don't last forever! Feel your feels. And then let them go.

So grateful to PG Community Foundation for generously donating to our organization! In good company with Carolyn Holmes of Two Rivers Gallery, Tim Bennett of Big Brothers Big Sisters as together our organizations received funding from the Pilot Fund for Gender Equity. Thank you PG Community Foundation!

Crisis Centre for Northern BC 07.09.2019

We are very grateful to the PG Community Foundation for funding we received through their Gender Equity Program! We will be using this funding to provide suicide prevention education to people who work with genders at greater risk of suicide. To clarify, anyone of any gender could be at risk of suicide at any time in their lives. However, for the purpose of this grant, we specifically have invited those who work with women living in poverty, men in predominantly male workplaces or institutions and the LGBTQ community to our upcoming ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) workshop. Thank you PG Community Foundation for helping us make this happen. Suicide safer communities are built when we all work together to prevent suicide! For more information on our workshops please visit www.crisis-centre.ca
