Edward Taylor b 8 May, 1813, m Sept 4, 1839, d 15 April, 1861 Edward Taylor was born, the fourth of ten children, in Newbiggin, Northumberland, England on the 8th of May, 1815, to parents Thomas Taylor, a and Sarah Harbottle. About 1835, (about 22 yrs) Edward, and his younger brother James Taylor (about 20 yrs), emmigrated from Northumberland, England to Quebec.
