ATTENTION CUSTOMERS: To consistently provided the safest retail experience for our staff and customers we have made the following changes to our operations effective immediately. We are currently no longer accepting any customers into the store and will be moving to a door side pick-up for all service bikes and product orders. Please call ahead to pay for all items including service bikes to speed up the process for our staff. ... Additionally, no new service bikes are being taken in until at least after Easter weekend. This includes on the spot service and scheduled service appointments. If you had a service appointment booked one of our service technicians will be in touch with you to reschedule your appointment. We will continue to do our best to service customers with a reduced schedule of 12:00pm - 5:00pm Tuesday through Saturday. Please be patient during these extreme times. We are doing our best to fulfill the demands of our customers but may just take a little longer to do so. We are thankful for your continued support. Stay safe!

To All of our Customers, Friends and Family: With the recent mandate to close non-essential businesses in Ontario we wanted to take a moment to update our customers about our current operations. Bicycle repair stores are considered an essential service by the provincial government and we will remain open with limited hours for the foreseeable future or until mandated otherwise. With that being said there will be some changes to our operations to ensure we are providing a saf...e environment for our customers and staff. Effective Immediately: Cycle Solutions will only be open Tuesday - Saturday 11:00am - 5:00pm Additionally, we will be enacting the following measures while open during the COVID-19 outbreak: Social Distancing: We will be limiting the amount of customers in the store to two (2) at any time. Please maintain at least 2 meters distance with our staff while in the store. Ask for Assistance in Store: Please do not unnecessarily touch product while in the store. Ask for assistance and our staff will be happy to help you find what you need. Booking Service: If you require service please call us at 416-691-0019 or email us directly at [email protected] to arrange an appointment. In-Store Sanitization: While we remain open for the foreseeable future we will continue to constantly clean all surface in the store including entrances, counters, computers, tools, work benches and display shelves. Also, all bikes will be sanitized when they arrive and after being worked on. Self-Isolation: If you have been in contact with someone who has had COVID19 or have been travelling abroad, we would hope that you would take this time to isolate yourself. And come back at another time. We are also asking any staff member that is feeling ill to remain at home and self-isolate for a period of at least 14 days.
