Have you ever heard the phrase full to the gunnels? Well, here’s an example! This is where we store some of the extra bird feeders and the poultry products. For the first time ever, we have more hummingbird & oriole feeder choices then we have room to display! So watch for the odd new one showing up as we get room on the floor. The display ladder and the wall are full already if you want to be ready for their arrival. And on the bright side, full to overflowing with the poultry products is great news considering how short supply was last year. On the downside, this got filled up with 2 large skids of product that came Friday. There is at least that much coming again tomorrow. And that still doesn’t include the fencing we are still waiting for. I think I may need more storage space ...

We are T-10 on the start of chick days, so we’re declaring winter over! If you find you have need of any of our winter items, just ask. We’ve tucked them away and spring is coming out of hiding! New for us this year, instead of being special order we will now have Dutch hoes in stock.

Ready-to-lays are going quickly so please read the chart carefully. We have added another started date the week of April 12th (8 weeks) for the Lavender Orpington, Buff Orpington, Silver Laced Wyandotte and Azure Blue. If you have sent in orders for these "fancy" ready-to-lays and have not receiv...ed a confirmation we are still working through those. If you could please check with your customer and see if they would like to switch to started birds in April that would be appreciated. Please continue to check your confirmations carefully for the delivery dates as we have had to move some ready-to-lays to a future date since we are sold out of the one they had requested. As promised, an action video Hippo has an older brother that loves to fetch - so his Christmas present had to be tested of course! Product review: I think it will be a hit! A couple more practices and I could get it flying much better then the video shows. And let’s be honest - it’s just plain fun making things fly!

Good morning! I’m wandering around the store this morning checking displays and getting excited all over again for the new things we got out yesterday! I had a wee bit of fun at a supplier’s clearance sale and brought in a few things we don’t normally carry. Who can resist sales?! You know I can’t! So here’s a taste of what’s new and some other gift ideas we have. Not pictured are the purple martin pole kits that came in. Plain brown boxes aren’t very photogenic lol. Many items are limited quantities and many are also priced under $10!
