Patient had been using Denture for 30 years and she couldn’t smile because she didn’t like her look wit...h her denture on, so she really wanted to get her confident smile back. Dr. Daniel Fortino placed 5 implants on upper. Dr. Joseph and I put fixed bridge on same day. A few month later, Dr. Joseph took impression with Verification Jig which is the most important process. According to the conversion denture, I delivered Prototype to check the bite relations and midline, but the Dr. Joseph said it was way off. I wanted to get more information on chairside to verify the midline, so I used the DOF SNAP face scanner in order to get more accurate information for final restoration. After the visit there was a small mistake, I made during the PMMA stage. I fixed the midline according to what I checked on chairside instead of following the face scan guide. For the final restoration, I fixed the midline according to the face scan guide and after that case was simply done.
