MIC Manager is constantly evolving. Here are the latest updates: MIC Underwriter is now available as a stand-alone application stored on-site independent from Servicing. MIC Underwriter can now automatically receive Filogix broker applications directly on your computer or servers for full data privacy. Private lenders do not need to login to a portal or web application and do not need to input any of the data and all data is directly downloaded from the application into MIC ...Underwriter. Enhanced the Mortgage Servicing module to accurately reflect the Loan Status within the Underwriting module. This will ensure that all mortgages with the Pending field ticked in the Mortgage servicing side will reflect as pending (i.e. In Underwriting Process) within the Underwriting module. Enhanced the Loan Status of all applications within the Underwriting module. Several new data fields have been added to the Borrower & Guarantor profiles including a new tab for Other properties Owned and Other Financial Details. All property and mortgage information received via the Filogix Link will now be listed individually within these tabs. This information will also be included within the TDS/GDS calculations. Quick access links have been added to efficiently navigate the Financial liabilities of the borrower or guarantor applicant. The GDS/TDS calculation has been updated to include all aspects of the applicant’s housing costs including heating, municipal taxes, condo fees and rental income. Minor changes have been made to how details are received from Filogix Link for visual appeal. For example, the Street address will no longer indicate a # before the Street Number. All Borrower and Guarantor liabilities and assets received from Filogix will be listed independently directly within the new Other Financial Details tab. All new data fields that have been added will also be reported on the Filogix Import Details report for a complete application. Filogix Portfolio List report is now available for a conclusive outlook on the deals you have ingested from Filogix grouped by the Loan Status. Configuration options have now been added for your Super Administrators who can now view the Fee arrangement made between your firm and Filogix. NEW Filogix FEE Report to assist with your Accounting of the Filogix fees charged to your database. Enhanced the Mortgage Securities List to now show the PIN/PID specified against the Mortgage files. New field within the Underwriting application to show the Principal LTV % based on the Submitted Value to assist with underwriting the loan. Several new fields have been added to the Custom Report Writer including but not limited to: Filogix Application ID; GDS; TDS; Total Income; Monthly Housing Costs and MORE.

Enhanced the existing Broker Referral List to include brokerage and broker fee. Created a new report called Broker Contact Details List.... Added newly mapped Filogix fields to the TDS/GDS calculation to include Heating, Annual Taxes and Condo Fees. Enhanced the Total Monthly Liability payments imported from Filogix to display directly within the Underwriting tab of the Borrower Contact Details screen. Added an additional option to view Principal LTV based on Purchase Price or Appraised Value within the Underwriting Details screen.

DOLPHIN IS NOW LIVE ON FILOGIX Dolphin would like to advise that the last date to be live on the Filogix feed to meet the July 1st deadline is June 25th. As per Filogix, all applications to meet the Equifax deadline must be received by June 22nd. This deadline date is for the ability for brokers to email applications including the Credit Bureaus.... Dolphin built MIC Manager Underwriting Application 4 years ago specifically to directly input all data for broker applications from Filogix - eliminating any data entry and data errors. The system also inputs and maintains all broker applications at no cost for broker management and portfolio analysis. Since Dolphin has been successfully live with the Filogix link, there will be no issues once you are live on June 25th.
