Although this special day of the year is almost over I just had to post this picture and wish everyone a "Happy Valentine's Day". In our block we have this traffic circle that someone decorates on special occasions. I managed to get a picture of this on the way home from work tonight. Enjoy!
Every day we hear the need to increase our fruit and vegetable intake. Our fruit and veggies just don’t have the nutrients they had when our mom and dad were growing them in the garden or picking them up at the store.
