Before & After photos of a full mouth rehabilitation by Dr. O'Brien. The patient had worn down their teeth and wanted to restore their mouth back to its original bite while improving their smile. In order to open the bite back to a comfortable height, all the remaining teeth were crowned and the missing teeth were restored with two implants in the lower jaw and a bridge in the upper jaw. Crown lengthening of the gums allowed us to close the space between the front teeth while providing a more ideal crown height.
