We are so excited to be able to welcome you into our clinic again! If you need an eye exam, please call 849-2444 to schedule an appointment. We have implemented several changes to ensure that your experience at our clinic will be a safe one. Here are some of the guidelines that we are following: 1. Wear a mask... It is not possible to maintain physical distancing while you are here for your examination, so all patients and staff are required to wear a mask while they are in the clinic. Even so, please work to maintain a two meter distance from others in the clinic when possible. 2. Come alone In order to limit the number of people in the clinic at once, we ask that all patients come into the clinic alone. If you require assistance, we are happy to allow another person to accompany you. 3. Knock on the front door when you arrive To control the number of people in the clinic at one time, the front door will remain locked. When you arrive, please knock on the door and we will greet you there. 4. Sanitize your hands when you arrive We have a hand sanitization station set up inside the front door. You will be asked to sanitize your hands as soon as you enter the clinic. 5. Bring only what you need with you Please arrive only with the belongings that are necessary. Food, drinks, books, tablets, etc are best left at home or in your car. 6. Surface sanitization After each examination, all equipment and surfaces will be sanitized. You can rest assured that when you enter the pretesting and examination rooms, they will be freshly disinfected for you.

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, and in an effort to protect our patients and our community, our clinic is now closed until further notice. If we are vigilant and stay home to control the spread of this virus, we truly can save lives. Please heed the advise of our medical experts: stay at home and stay healthy!

Parents are often asking me when their children should have their first eye exam. Age three is a perfect time, but it’s never too late to get your kids started on the path to clear and comfortable vision! The government of NB acknowledges the importance of having an eye exam before starting kindergarten, and is making a push for every four year old to do. With this government initiative, there’s no reason not to make an appointment for your four-year-old today!
