This patient came to see me with two main concerns. First, her nose was crooked and second, she had a prominent dorsal hump. She underwent a preservation rhinoplasty without any external incisions (closed endonasal approach). Recovery with this technique tends to be faster. Both of her concerns were addressed as can be seen from her pictures.

How long before I can go out in public after a facelift? On average, with a deep plane facelift, swelling peeks at three days and starts coming down days 5-7. At one week, the swelling is at least 50% better. The stitches around the ears are internal and usually there are no sutures to remove. Many women feel restricted from wearing short sleeve shirts because they feel embarrassed about the appearance of their arms. Liposuction with skin tightening can be a very gratifying procedure, as seen in this patient that came to see me asking for a 'scarless' improvement. The excess fat was liposuctioned through a tiny invisible incision, and the skin was tightened using BodyTite. This is the result three months after the procedure.

This patient was concerned about the excess skin and fat around her midsection. She already had a C-section scar as well as the separation of the abdominal muscles from her previous pregnancies. A tummy tuck with circumferential liposuction and midline muscle repair was performed to achieve a more sculpted waistline.

This patient is a perfect example of many of the patients that I see. As a man, he desired a sharper neck and jawline without looking too pulled or artificial. In this picture, the improvement is evident; while incisions are imperceptible, this is an important consideration when undergoing this procedure, especially in men with short hair.

This patient came to see me after her pregnancy wondering if she needed a breast lift. She had lost quite a bit of volume from breastfeeding and wanted to go back to her pre-pregnancy breast size and shape. She underwent a breast augmentation with cohesive gel implants under the muscle. A breast lift was not required which made her even happier!
