Unfortunately, East Elmwood Community Centre will NOT be opening our skating rink this season. It was a difficult decision to make, and we look forward to next winter being very different!

On December 12, 2020, the Province of Manitoba announced that outdoor rinks may open while adhering to numerous health restrictions, including no organized sports, mandatory physical distancing and a limit of five people on the rink at a time. While Community Centres are encouraged by this news, clarification is required as to who is responsible/liable for enforcing these rules. We ask for the public’s patience as we resolve some of these questions.

NEW HEALTH ORDERS - EFFECTIVE MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28TH EECC will not be able to host gatherings of more than 10 people. We already have a mandatory mask policy in place. Gym rentals - current rentals and programs limiting participants and following protocols are still on.
