In honour of #InternationalSelfCareDay Fritz is deciding what he most needs right now! We're betting nap wins out for at least another few hours! Are your pets also busy self-caring today? Post a picture below - who doesn't love cute pet pictures!? We hope that you're taking the time today to care for yourself as well as you care for your fur babies (or feather, or scale, etc.)! And that self-care is an every day thing, not just a today thing. Self-care is often depicted as a... spa day or treating yourself to your favourite thing. At the core of it, it's about prioritizing our own mental, physical and emotional well-being. So that might look like a spa day one day, but on another day it may look more like cooking yourself a meal, taking a rest when you really need it, seeing your psychologist, turning off the news, talking to a friend, or snuggling all the animals. The possibilities are endless. So whatever self-care looks like for you today, we hope you're honouring whatever it is you need! See more
