Well, here we go again, honestly my head is spinning from all the ups and downs. We are still open with 25% store capacity, to be safe we will only be allowing two customers in the store at a time. It’s always best to call first and let us know that you are coming. WE WILL GET THROUGH THIS!! (At least that’s what I keep telling myself..)

Well, it’s official, we’re in a red zone, so that means we can open up with 50% capacity. 10 people will be allowed in the store, including staff. Masks and hand sanitizer are required and if you are experiencing any Covid symptoms please stay home. We will be able to go into customer’s homes but this will be assessed on an individual basis. If we do enter your home masks are required and we would request that while we are working that you keep your distance, preferably in another area of the home. We’re not out of the woods yet and we all need to do everything possible to eliminate this dreadful virus!! Hours will be Monday to Friday 9-5.

We will be closed on Monday, February 15 for Family Day, Happy Family Day, stay safe!!

Well, here it is the middle of February and I'm back with some updates regarding our situation. It looks like we will be able to open up on February 16 with limited capacity in the store, at this time we will be allowing 5 people in the store including our staff. We still have not found a definitive answer as to whether we can enter customer's homes for delivery and set up, I am still working on this and will let you know as I get more info. At this time Greg and I would like to sincerely thank our wonderful community for supporting us through these trying times, thank you for shopping local!! I bet you thought that was a picture above the fireplace, well, it is but it’s also a Samsung Frame television. When it’s not being used as a television you van download pictures into it. You can use your own or you can select from the library that it comes with. This installation was recently done by Electronic Lifestyles and we are all very happy with the result.

It was 30 years ago today that we opened our doors, we planned to have a celebration to commemorate this milestone but in light of the times that were living i...n we have had to forgo the celebrations. Yahoo......it looks like we are able to open on Tuesday, we are so excited but there will be some changes. We will be limiting the number of people in the stor...e at one time, 4 customers max. We will have a table at the front door with hand sanitizer that we ask that you use as you enter the store. We will deliver product but it will be up to our installers discretion as to whether we enter the house, or not. We will have a plexiglass shield installed at the front counter to protect our staff and our customers. Lastly, our new hours will be Monday to Friday 9-5:30, closed Saturday. We work very closely with the maintenance and IT departments at the hospital and even though they are not working with patients they are still on the front line... keeping all of the equipment working properly. Well, here we are adjusting to our new world. We are still open on reduced hours with a skeleton staff, we would prefer that customers not come into the store but call us with any requests. We will happily deliver products to your front door and provide a video chat to help with installation requirements. Our internet installations are continuing as per normal. We will be doing an over the phone screening with customers before sending out our installer. We are striving to do everything possible to keep our customers and staff safe and happy.

We will be making some changes to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to keep our staff and ourselves safe through this ordeal. We will not be attending job sites that have over 10 people present. We also ask that you do not enter our store or request a service call if you are displaying any symptoms, or have been recently out of the country.
