Hi everyone! Its that time of year again We are currently booking our beef and pork for butcher dates coming up in the next month. Quarter, half and whole sections are available for beef orders - all grass fed and finished, raised locally and BC Government inspected. You can customize your order and get lots of yummy options like sausage and pepperoni. Cost is $7/lb based on hanging weight which includes all primal cuts from tenderloin to ground and delivery to your door. Pork is available in half and whole sections, $5/lb based on hanging weight, raised only on grains, greens and sunshine and also Government inspected. There is a limited quantity, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

We have one left available this year. It can be halved or whole. $5/lb based on hanging weights and includes ham & bacon as well as all your regular cuts - pork chops, steaks, roasts..etc. Our price includes custom cut/wrap and delivery. Raised in an open air environment and fed grains and greens - no human food or animal products/by products. Contact me if you are interested!
