Married at 41, I always had a lot of my own stuff going on. At the time I was running a busy weight business. I loved my career! I frequently took winter getaways with girlfriends. ... BUT... When I look back on the first 10 years of my marriage I had made it all about him. Was he happy, content? If he was, I was. If he can home in bad mood, I allowed it to affect my mood! Working with my own coach, I started to realize WTF... why am taking on the responsibility of his happiness or lack theirof?! When I shifted my MINDSET and had the big aha moment.
