Over the past weekend, I visited my first Ethiopian restaurant in downtown Toronto @enatbuna @enatbuna is this little spot located at 17...5 Queen St E, Toronto, ON that serves traditional Ethiopian cuisine & drinks that I was not familiar with. I really enjoyed the flavours of each dish as they were rich with colour and filled with tasty flavours. On October 10th, 12:01am various hot spot locations in Ontario went back into Stage 2 measures. Now is the time more than ever that we need to support these small businesses. It can be as easy as SHARING this post to get more people to come into their restaurant. Service industry businesses have been hugely affected by COVID and what I ask from everyone to do is continue to support their local business by ordering TAKE-OUT & DELIVERY. We tried a bunch of dishes that you are going to want to save for your next visit. The combo includes: missir wot (lentil stew), tikil gommen (cabbage), kik wot, (split pea stew), kale. which is a huge platter of food with lots of veggies and meats. The was one of the most unique breads that we sampled and it is a sour fermented flatbread with a slightly spongy texture, traditionally made out of teff flour in Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisine.
