Why Butterflies? Throughout the ages, myths and folklore have identified the butterfly as a symbol for transition, determination, and resilience. The transition from dormancy to life has served to inspire us to keep trying. Their determination to push through hard moments is a model we use in our pursuit of strength and perseverance. Indeed these resilient little creatures remind us that even in our fragile state, we are stronger than we know and we have possibilities awaiting us.
Taking a few minutes to pause is so good for the soul. To pause and reflect inward allows us to build compassion-for ourselves and others. This allows us to show up in our world that needs so much collective healing in a balanced, harmomious way.
