Okay folks, here we go again! Alert level 5! We are open our regular hours, but no one is allowed in the clinic. Therefore: 1. Call when you arrive in the parking lot to inform us you are here for your appointment. Once we are ready for you, someone will come to your vehicle and get your pet. Once the veterinarian has examined your pet, they will call you to discuss your concerns. ... 2. All food and prescription orders must be called in and paid for beforehand to help speed up the process of curbside pickup. 3. Due to the seriousness and contagiousness of this variant, we ask you wear a mask at all times when interacting with our staff, even when in your vehicle. Everyone’s health and safety is our top priority. A mask is to cover your mouth AND nose. 4. If you feel even mildly ill, reschedule your appointment. 5. Please understand that we only have so many staff and so many phone lines. Things will move slower than usual. Be prepared for that. We will try our very best to continue to provide you with excellent service. We are here for you! Be safe. Stay home if at all possible. Let’s help get NL back to a low and manageable case load as quick as possible.

UPDATE Way to go NL! Our covid numbers are staying low and as a result we are opening our doors again! Thank goodness! The following still apply:... - Wear a mask at all times. Covering mouth AND nose. - One person per pet during appointments. - Wait in your vehicle until your appointment time. Call when you’re in the parking lot or pop into the clinic and let us know. - Ideally, call ahead for food or prescriptions to minimize wait times inside the clinic. Covid 19 Update Due to the current outbreak in central, we are implementing new protocols to follow immediately. These protocols are subject to change as new information arises in the coming weeks, so please keep checking our FB page for updates. Nobody is allowed in the clinic!!... Medications and food orders must be called ahead. Please call 709-486-7854 for these things only. Call 709-489-7387 when you arrive in the parking lot for an appointment and someone will come to your vehicle to retrieve your pet. You will speak with the veterinarian via phone consultation. Please be patient. The phone lines will be our only form of communication and will be busy. We are all hoping that this situation will get under control quickly and these protocols will be temporary.
