GOOD NEWS We heard some very encouraging news from the Ontario government today, and I am sure you all share our excitement and enthusiasm to get back into the studio ASAP!!! That said, it will take a couple days for us to get the details from Public Health, etc and be able to announce our official re-opening date and post the schedule, etc. We will be working hard at pulling all of this together over the next couple days, so we ask that you please be patient with us we can’t wait to get the details out to you. That said, we simply can’t wait to see all your smiling faces in the studio soon! If in the meantime you need to get access to the online workouts just send us a DM.
