Are you showing signs of anxiety? A great tool to utilize is box breathing. It is known to reduce stress and improve moods. Close your eyes and envision a box. Begin by slowly inhaling through your nose for 4 seconds. Count to 4 and hold your breathe. Begin exhaling slowly through your mouth for another 4 seconds. Hold your breathe for 4 more seconds before repeating the process.
