Example; Lack of change tables in male restrooms or potential to feel judged by about your parenting style/ability.... How would you recommend any events/places/organizations become more "father friendly?"

What are your thoughts?? This modern parenting approach of encouraging boys to not bottle up their emotions (as opposed to being told to "man up" in past generations) is definitely an interesting one!

Town of Tecumseh resident receives Crossing Guard Appreciation award! Cindy Deslippe who has been crossing children for 6+ years at the intersection of Tecumseh Road & Arlington Road was thrilled to be the recipient of the local Fantastic Fathers Community Group 2nd annual Crossing Guard Appreciation award prize package! She awoke one morning last week to see her name tagged in numerous Facebook posts calling out for nominations of parent's (and their children's) favourite ...Crossing Guard. "It really made my day to read what was being sent in on my behalf. I was overwhelmed! It sure makes you feel good to be recognized even though I am only doing what comes naturally to me. I landed on the best corner! The kids and their families are great and I have made some good friendships over the years!" This is the second annual Crossing Guard appreciation award given out by the local Fantastic Fathers Community Group. Last year's winner was Mr. Paul (crossing at an intersection on Dougall Avenue) who also received a large quantity of nominations and was shocked by the award. Fantastic Fathers is fully registered non-profit organization who encourage parents to spend as much time as possible with their children, placing emphasis on father involvement.
