Its nice to have the option to haul all the debris away on demo day rather than drop a bin that hangs out for the project. Be sure to work with a company that can offer you the best option for your project.

Trends in Kitchens and counters... kind of looks like what we have been doing for a while already

Love this LVT. Looks great, feels great, and a solid wear layer. Too many LVTs have a very thin wear layer that once damaged shows the underbody which means it wears poorly. You have to read the fine print to make sure you are getting good materials. Dont have the time to read up then give us a call and we can help you with your project and make sure the product is right for you

I would also add to this list with ....know where you are going to put all your stuff while the work is going on!

This one came together nicely. It was in terrible shape when we arrived, stained carpets, holes in the walls, broken doors and frame, cabinets that were peeling, counters burned, washrooms leaking, and lights that didnt work. We changed most things but stayed on budget - the main floor is WPC - its like laminate but waterproof and almost scratch proof.

As we start our new page for First Choice Improvements Mississauga, a sister company of Floor Coverings International Mississauga it is only fitting to recognize the role that Darlene Janeiro Design has played in our evolution.
