I can’t believe I am posting these very private pictures but I am very proud of my accomplishment and I wanted to show how much I appreciate the support here at FBBC. My coworker told me about this bootcamp she was going to knowing how much I loved doing that sort of work out. I joined in February 2019 and it has been a journey of ups and downs. I am 53 years old and have always struggled with my weight. I am happy to say that I am down 40 lbs now and I plan on continuing my journey here at FBBC. In fact, the best diet for weight loss doesn’t even have a name. The best diet for weight loss is one that follows scientific principles of fat loss and that you can sustain for the long term. Hello everyone! Wanted to touch base and reach out seeing as September is about a week away! Crazy right! September brings a new sense of beginning again with back to school and different routines. As we all know this year has been quite different so feeling overwhelmed and out of sorts is normal!... During this time we believe community support is more important than ever, as well as, taking care of ourselves- body, mind and spirit! We've created an incredibly safe and supportive environment for you to come move and sweat with qualified personal trainers in small group training classes. All of our classes are 30 minutes in length and are high intensity interval training style of class combining resistance and cardiovascular training. We always do a warm-up and a cool down as well! Trust me 30 minutes is more than enough time to get in a killer workout! We hope to see some of our past members rejoin our fit family and we are always welcoming new members as well! I felt tired, unmotivated, weak and really bad about myself. My self esteem was at an ultimate low. Why did you decide to join the challenge? To prove to myself that I could do it.
