Stability ball single leg curl ~ Start: Lie back on the floor with the legs extended, raised 45 degrees off the floor, and with the heels on the ball. Raise one foot up slightly off the top of the ball. Action: Keeping the hips extended and the free leg hovering off the ball, pull/roll the ball in towards the rear end by bend the knee of the supporting leg and until the foot is flat on the ball. End: Extend the knee and roll the ball back out to the starting position. Repeat ...the required number of repetitions keeping the supporting leg and free leg the same.
