We are happy advise that the Stoney Mtn digipeater is now a permanent T/RX iGate. You can now use this for weather queries through WXBOT & WXYO, SMSGTE, and Winlink to name a few.

Oh how I wish I could be the first one to fire this sucker up! 400 watts in the palm of your hand Talk about bragging rights...if you live to see another day
Please stay clear of tranmistting on these HF frequencies for the time being. See article for specifics:
As some of you are aware, we have been trying to get an operation 2 way iGate up and running for the region. We'll it is up and running as we debug it. Hopefully it will be in it's home on Stoney Mtn this weekend. Here is a cool feature this iGate brings you if you don't have cellular data reception:

That's a wrap for Winter Field Day 2021. Two of our members set up in different location. VE6GCM in his home driveway and VE6SVN at the club tower. Over 150 contacts and some good learnings from operating. Also participating were VA6DMG and VE6KGH. Thank you to VE6RFM for running between sites and providing Elmer Knowledge.
Hey everyone!! Don’t forget Saturday morning Cars and Coffee meet up!! I’ll be there early and listen on the repeater!! Hope you all can make it!!
This is video number 5 that I have produced on our Saturday morning coffee meet ups. The meet ups will continue, but this is the final video I will be making about them for awhile. Hope everyone enjoyed this series, and that it may inspire you to get out and try something similar with your club. Please stay safe, healthy, and be kind to others. Amateur Radio, and making this series has helped me get through some tough days when the world seems a little heavier than it should. Thanks for watching and for more content please like and subscribe to my channel! 73 from VE6GCM.

May 20, 2020 marks a century of radio in Canada. The first scheduled Canadian radio broadcast in 1920 was a taste of all that radio would bring to Canadians over the next 100 years - our love & appreciation for the medium continues today. http://ow.ly/3YA150zLtvV #ThankYouRadio
