Ribbon of Hope 07.11.2020

As September rolls around in this strange year we call 2020, and parents are preparing to get their kids back to school with a lot of apprehension, I just want to let you know that for the past4 months or so, I have been sewing hundreds and hundreds of masks, both adult and youth; over 800 to be exact with the proceeds going to Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation Covid-19 Fund. So; if you need a mask for your little one or grandchild, mine are double thickness quilting cotton... with a pattern on front and plain coordinating colour on back so you don’t contaminate clean side. They also have a small twist tie sewn into nose area to pinch so it is more comfortable. They are $15.00 each and I have plenty of patterns for youth and adults both male and female. Sure, you can purchase anywhere but these are reusable and hand washable and won’t end up in the landfill all the while supporting a great cause! Message me if interested. Check out my Ribbon of Hope Instagram page for all the patterns. I mail them to you and accept etransfer. Let family and@friends know if I can help. These are not medical grade but will help protect others. Let’s do what we can to keep each other safe! Feel free to share my Ribbon of Hope (ribbonofhopepmcf) page with family and friends. Stay well; stay safe during these trying times! See more

It’s been a while since I posted on my Facebook page because I have been busy making masks. As masks have now become mandatory in most Toronto and surrounding GTA communities I invite you to visit my Instagram page, ribbonofhopepmcf to see if there is something there that you like to purchase for yourself and your family. You are protecting others while supporting a fantastic cause. 100% of proceeds are going to Print Margaret Cancer Foundation Covid-19 Fund. To date I... have sewn over 730 masks and raised $10,000 in masks alone! Share my Instagram page with friends and family and feel free to email me at [email protected] if you see something you would like. Some of my newest creations!

Thank you for following my ribbonofhopepmcf page! My masks in support of Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation Covid-19 Fund have been selling extremely well and are almost all sold, with the exception of a few! However, I DO HAVE lots of material of most patterns (not all) left to make more. So, if you see a pattern you love and it is marked SOLD, message me anyway and I can check to see if I have material left to customize one for you! I am happy to do so and am trying to re...plenish my stock all the time, in between working! As we move forward into the next phase of openings and some retailers are making it mandatory to wear one to go shopping, why not purchase a couple and always have a clean one on hand. DM Message me or email me at [email protected] to order yours. They are $15 which includes s&h and I mail them via CANADA POST, which is a bit slow, but they do arrive quicker than from overseas. To date, I have hand sewn over 575 masks and raised over $8500 for Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation Covid-19 Fund! I am getting closer to my goal of $25,000 everyday! If you don’t need a mask but would like to make a monetary donation (tax receipts issued by Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation for donations over $15.00), go to my personal fundraising page and make your donation. the PMCF.ca and search Ribbon of Hope in the search bar, my personal fundraising page will come up where you can make a straight donation. Thank you to everyone that purchased a mask(S), your funds will be put to great use! See more
