Total Body Fitness will be opening its doors to members again starting at noon on Thursday June 25th. Here are some guidelines we have put in place. We also ask that people not congregate around the gym chatting. If you are lifting heavy and need a spotter, you will both have to wear a mask unless it is someone in your extended bubble. We are a 24/7 facility and hope to maintain that service so please bear with us as we iron out any details necessary. We look forward to seeing everyone back at the gym

A note to all our members of TOTAL BODY FITNESS. We know you are anxious to get back at it and we are excited to see you all. As we are moving into alert level 2 on Thursday we are hoping to open. We are waiting for direction on guidelines from the government and will have some definite answers for you all on timeline as soon as we have our guidelines and determine how things will go. We hope all our clients are staying safe during this pandemic. These are scary and uncertain times and we want to see everyone come through this happy and healthy.
