Random Acts of Kindness Day is Wednesday, February 17th. Share the love and kindness all week! When we act kindly toward one person, that person is much more likely to be kinder toward others in the future. This creates a ripple effect of kindness. It starts as a single act. You can never know the ripple effect you can create with one tiny gesture of kindness. Pass it on!... #RandomActsOfKindnessDay #BeKind #ExploreTheGood #ChooseToChallenge #BeccaToldMeTo Share ideas https://www.randomactsofkindness.org

Everything happens for a reason. So live it, love it, learn from it. Make your smile change the world, but don't let the world change your smile. Shine, girl, shine
Sending heartfelt condolences to the family of Elder Sheila Croteau. Sheila was truly a leader in our community and was instrumental in building an awareness and understanding of indigenous culture. She was an advocate for women’s issues and for many, a warm voice, a gentle touch and a welcoming smile. She will truly be missed.
