Yummy Friday!!! I put this awesome combination together and had to share my discovery with you all My home-made veggie Pattie with a fried egg on top ! Im not gonna lie at 1st I was like but believe me its AMAZING!!! All nutrients are also on board Good for pre-workout meal, for a post-work out meal and actually good at anytime of the day lol
Picky eaters??? And Im not only talking about kids lol. A good trick of mine is to grate veggies in whaterver meal Im prepping. You can add them to ground meats, stews, patties, sauces... the list goes on. Theres also lot of veggies you can grate like zucchinis, carrots, turnips, cabbage, cauliflowers ect ... Its a easy and good alternative to pack in your nutriences !!! Be creative!!!

You are more likely to fall off the wagon. Youll want to eat anything that is in front of you cause your body is depleted in energy!
