Sorry gang... No time for posting lately. Heavy design load and a few projects happening. This is part of a #solarium #rebuild #4Seasonsunrooms #9Years and the support beams and floor were #rotten . The #siding was draining water into a spruce beam. Want a proper 3 or 4 Season room? Call Gardenstructure first.

What you might not know is that we were carpenters first... Then Deck builders. This solarium by "Four Seasons Sun Rooms" needs beam repairs after only 9 years. The company uses franchisees so since the franchise is no longer in business... No warranty. They told us the whole structure needs removing to fix it. ... We'll see about that.
