When lightening we made sure saturation was on POINT. Re-applying as needed. Going from level 3 - up to 10 (when it’s natural color of course- not artificial color) is absolutely possible. You see on your lighter cans where it says up to 7 levels of lift?? It’s not lying! It’s possible. With patience and proper application. It’s important to know how to work with hair this dark, because a few missteps and suddenly she’s blorange and you’re freaking out. Keep calm. And most of all, be present and think! Not all formulation + application is one size fits all.
