Dear donors and friends of Whistler Helps Australia Fundraiser! We need your help! We are dealing with an admin glitch at GoFundMe Fundraising and because of this glitch all of the $25,000 we raised for the fires in Australia has been returned to everyone. ... I honestly cant tell you how heartbroken the fundraising team are. To put so much work and passion into something positive and one wrong press of the button all of our hard work and fundraising for the fire is gone. GoFundMe Fundraising are not contactable and are not replying to emails. We are working on resolving this issue but in the mean time the fundraising team are biting their nails and feeling sick to the stomach waiting for someone out there in the GoFundMe Fundraising team to respond. Once this issue has been resolved we are really hoping that we are able to recoup all of the money. In the meantime please help us share this so that GoFundMe Fundraising listen and that this message gets to everyone that donated (we no longer have access to donor emails)!
