Hello to all families! With Family Day on Monday, we want to announce that we will be closed until the 15th of February. Everyone stay safe and enjoy your long weekend!

If you have an upcoming appointment or are wishing to schedule an appointment in the office we require a pre-screening be completed before you can enter the office at your schedule appointment time. This is to ensure everyone's safety in the office. We have attached a PDF link to view the screening questionnaire provided by the Ontario Ministry of Health. Please carefully review the document and inform the office if you answer "yes" to any of the questions or symptoms. Enter the office alone and at your scheduled time (no earlier than 5 minutes). We will complete an in person screening and take your temperature. Use the washroom facilities in the mall before entering for your appointment. Thank you in advance for your time and cooperation during this time.

If you have a scheduled appointment, please read the following carefully before entering: 1. Wear your mask at all times. If you do not have one, please ask the receptionist and one will be provided to you. 2. Use the hand sanitizer provided upon entering. 3. Only arrive and enter at your SCHEDULED appointment time. If you do not have a scheduled appointment, we ask that you please call to make one if needed. We will not be able to accommodate walk-ins at this time.... 4. Only patients being treated are permitted to enter, unless a single caregiver or guardian is necessary. 5. Your temperature will be taken and you will need to complete a screening form. 6. The office's washrooms are temporarily closed. Restrooms are available in the mall. We are committed to treating you safely by following all provincial health and safety guidelines. We are happy to inform you that once again we are able to provide dental care for you and your family. We are committed to treating you comfortably and safely by following all provincial health and safety measures. At this time, we will only be able to see those with scheduled appointments (NO WALK IN SERVICE AVAILABLE) to ensure that we are able to follow physical distancing and screening protocols. We are wishing everyone well during this difficult time. We are eagerly anticipating reopening the office. Unfortunately we have not received any direction from Public Health on when that may be. We are preparing the office to be ready for such a time and we will be prioritizing patients with more emergent needs to be seen first. If you are experiencing a dental emergency or any dental related issues we are still available to help over the phone Mondays and Thursdays from 10am-1pm. Effective April 9th, our office will have a receptionist available on Mondays and Thursdays ONLY from 10am-1pm to take your call. In between those times please feel free to leave a message and we will return your call when a receptionist is in. Thank you for your patience.
