This publication focuses on a different topic each month and covers the spectrum of intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual perspectives. It is published twice monthly and comes with a small monthly fee. ... The Zanshin is run by Stefan Barton Sensei, 6th dan aikido and founder / head instructor of Golden Triangle Aikido for over 20 years. He has assembled a team of experts in aikido, health, and other fields with the goal of assisting and expanding our development in aikido and in ourselves. The word "zanshin" can be interpreted a few ways, and means one’s state of awareness, remaining alert, mindful.
