This truly is a seller's market market like no other before it.
It is hard to believe the average selling price for a home in Canada has topped $700K...this is however been fuelled by the extreme pricing and conditions we have seen in Vancouver and Ontario. Hopefully we will see the inventory catch up to demand as this is not where we want to see pricing levels headed here in Calgary. It is going to be a very interesting Spring.

This is an interesting outlook and touches on exactly how difficult 'legislating' the market is, especially nationwide as opposed to regionally, without creating more issues than it solves.
