Hope you're all doing well. The Market did fantastic for the month of September. A few changes have taken place.... and want to thank Greg MCI & BC Blaine for the carpentry work Vendors in today: BC, EJG, YS, H, DYE, FB, GM, the Rockman and new vendor JB in the far back warehouse. We have one booth kinda empty & awaiting a new vendor for November all the way from St. Catherines Ontario with her local Perthite friend.... To give you a heads up, the Market will be open on Thanksgiving Weekend and Holiday Monday,.... October 12th Safe travels to you all

It's been awhile and we hope you all had a fantastic Summer like we did in Perth. The town was so busy & so many Torontonians and all over the GTA made family trips out to Perth & Lanark County, said such nice things about the town. We made so many new friends. This was for sure the busiest summer for the Vendors,.... Even without the yearly festivals to draw more people,.... and we missed greatly our yearly visits from our American friends that had no access to their cottag...es due to the border closure. Long time vendor: AES had to close his booth due to health reason, that are non covid! .... Al was with us for many years & the booth has only been rented to three people over 18 years. Al was in today & spent the afternoon chatting with us His bigger booth was rented out to Carrie & Angela (CEK, AMK) and they were in today & got more merchandise priced and out for sale. Who knows what the Fall brings, but the Market wishes you all the best, be well everyone & safe travels.

It's a very busy Tuesday. MCI Greg is filling in for his wife today,..... Vendors in so far: MCI, BC, RICK4D, GM, JM,.... and expecting more.... Eddie got back safely from his journey to Blueberry Creek Veterinary Hospital for his yearly shave, Thank you guys so much. MJJ rented the window for July & the Market is open Holiday Wednesday from 10am to 5pm.... There is a ton of new merchandise in just about every booth looking for a good home, Drive safe & be well everyone

So far everything is well on Gore St. Extreme heat with plenty of customers & Torontonians are arriving to their cottages. The summer looks to be fantastic, unfortunately no summer events & the border closed, we will make the best of it & forge on. The Market will be open on Canada day Wed. July 1st regular hours....... Hope you're all doing well out there. The weekend wasn't bad considering the times we're living in. It seems like everyone is putting their necessities aside & stocking up on antiques & collectibles. Vendors in over the last four days: DJW, MCI, BT, WCA, JH, EJG, JAM, SS, GM, DYE, RICK, YS, REV, DB, BC and the June window went to AMK & CEK,.... did it up fantastically on Sunday. Thank you Angela & Carrie. If you can kindly put the word out to the city people that we're back o...pen in our 2nd week daily from 10am to 4-5pm it'll be greatly appreciated,... We got all the covid-19 paraphernalia in place & we look forward to your arrival. Make the prettiest town in Ontario your shopping destination getaway.

What a hot day. Not much to report, quieter today cuz of the heat,.... MCI Greg was in & he installed the remaining two sneeze guards,... & we went & picked up the floor stickers from Images Interalia..... thank you Julia. Vendors in today: BC, SS, JS, MCI and late in the day, EJG reported in & gave us thumbs up to shut down. Thank you so much Eric..... Everyone else, stay cool & be well

The reopening of the Market today was very good,.... the 1st person in was our cute Canada Post carrier Amy, loving that businesses she delivers to on Gore St. are back open. Here are the detailed stats you've been waiting for: There was a 1 1/4 pages in sales, out of the 43 vendors, 17 had 29 sales = $639.00 = 2 small cash and 27 debit.... The 17 vendors sales = AES, MCI, AK, LL, MJJ, DAD, JM, GM, H, JK, BT, RICK4D, JS, NK, RED, DB, SIG There was 19 customers through purchasing 29 items in 7.5 hours + 5 Vendors = BC, EJG, JAM, FB, ISB = ISB + EJG got their lane way booths ready - 1 customers had a mask on - 1 customer had a mask & gloves on - 2 customers did not want plastic bags, they carried it out by hand - 3 customers asked for boxes - No customers sanitized their hands upon entering, even though the cleaning stations are right there with signs. - 2 customers sanatized their hands before leaving - 3 customers entered through the lane way, 16 through the front door - We unlocked 2 cases and took 2 items down from up high Tuesday will be a heat scorcher with MCI coming in for the day & Wednesday we have Jeff's Windows & Doors dropping by to install 2 windows and a door that were purchased back on March 5th. It was a fantastic weekend, lots of vendors came in throughout the last three days getting their booths ready,.... we're all looking forward to open tomorrow at 10am . How mind boggling that these hardcore vendors in this pic showed up today all wearing the Market shirts in support of reopening. Thank you guys so much, even Eric is wearing his original gangster Market shirt, he even brought his lovely Jedi Master Britney Gee with him,.... let her teach you the way of the forc...e Eric, the force to sell & part with it. Vendors that have refreshed their booths: CEK, BC, SS, DYE, MCI, ISB, MM, BT, WCA, EJG, YS, JAM, AES, RR, FB, DJW, RED, WW, RICK4D, Sigrid from way up in Snow Road Ontario brought in 40 bottles of freshly stomped organic garlic powder, our floor stickers arrived Sunday from Oil City Signs,.. thank you kindly. We have all the Covid-19 measures in place & we look forward to your arrival tomorrow,.... have a fantastic evening all you people out there

I hope everyone is well,.... The prettiest town in Ontario survived,..... and we're reopening on Monday May 25th daily from 10am to 4-5pm. Vendor MCI Greg did a fantastic job on the hanging sneeze guard at the checkout counter Thanks to Images Interalia, social distancing stickers are everywhere to remind you and indoctrinate you not to get to close,... and wearing of masks will be strongly encouraged.... Under the direction of Public Health, we are only allowing no more than 20 customers in at any time. Anyone else will have to wait outside until a customer leaves. If you are sick or have currently traveled, we ask that you do not visit the store until you are feeling better and/or have quarantined yourself at home for 14 days. Wasn't to bad a Thursday,... got ISB's stuff cleaned up in the lane way shed.... EJG's daughter sold the white table on marketplace and the customer turned out to be old vendor Darlene from Mountain Grove Ontario,... she is right into junk & we got to work and sold her $100 worth of spring cleaning to cart home Spoke to: DJW, FB, JAM, BC, MCI, chatted with DYE as she was walking her dog this afternoon,... and DFH are coming out of 3 weeks isolation to pack their Brockville bo...oth up tomorrow and store it here until we can reopen again. Also expecting DJW with a load from CP to fill up his outside shed,.... as for these vendors and their shed merchandise,... it's on marketplace & the exchange meet-up point is our lane way. The store is closed & has nothing to do with these private transactions, other than the lane way is a safe public space with 24 hour recorded video surveillance. Tomorrow is Good Friday and we want to wish you all a Happy Easter, be well & be strong
