Grande prairie we are once again reaching out for your love and support for one of our dear vendors. This week one of our vendors had the unimaginable happen. Grace from Gracious Bites, (many of you may know her as our fudge lady) was violently attacked in her home in a random home invasion. Grace is an amazing mom to a super cute little boy who you may have seen at the market We would love for Grace to be able to rest at home and recover physically and mentally. The ma...rket is Grace’s full time income. Due to her injuries she will have to take a bit of time off. If you would like to donate to Grace we are accepting donations in the office Saturday between 10-3. We will also be auctioning off a market box for Grace at 10am Saturday morning. As we are gearing up for a Thanksgiving this coming weekend, we have spent some time as a market reflecting on what we are thankful for. This has been a tough year for many people. The Grande Prairie Farmers market is donating turkey dinners for five families this thanksgiving.
