It’s time to get back to work! Our weekly band practices will resume on Thursday, September 10th, from 7-9 pm at the ANAVETS building. ( 10117-93st Grande Prairie ) *Unfortunately at this time we are unable to welcome students*... Our AGM will be held via zoom on October 8th. If you want to join us, send us a message with your email address, and we will send you a link to the meeting.

Due to the current pandemic situation our regular practice location has had to close down until further notice. So the band is temporarily suspending practices and lessons for students until things get back to "normal". We will advise when we know regular practices will resume.
The Grande Prairie Pipes and drums had a productive workshop this weekend, focussing on tunes for the upcoming competition season. We would like to welcome Calgary piper Laura Stott to the band.
Remembrance Day at the legion
On Saturday the County of Grande Prairie celebrated the Grande Prairie Volunteer Services Bureau's (VSB) 50th anniversary by planting and dedicating a new tree ...in the Volunteer Grove of Trees next to the Grande Prairie Museum in Muskoseepi Park. Council is proud to support the VSB and their efforts to work collaboratively with individuals, non-profits, educational institutions, and the corporate sector to provide programs opportunities and advocacy to develop a vibrant, growing community that cares.
