COVID-19 UPDATE We thank all of our guests for their support during this time, with the planned announcement today, we are placing a temporary pause on any new reservations up to and including May 14th 2021. We are still hopeful that we are able to reopen on May 1st, and if for any reason we are unable to operate, all tours will be allowed to reschedule for a later date.... We will be taking every precaution to provide a safe environment for our guests, as well as looking out for the well being of local residents and employees as the volume of visitors to Niagara beings to increase. ... We will be operating at smaller capacity so spaces will be limited and are already filling up fast! We have worked closely with the wineries to create protocols and procedures and are confident that we can proceed in a responsible and safe environment! We will be following all health and safety guidelines and procedures; including but not limited to; Group Sizes will be limited to allow spacing between guests in the vehicle or bike group and to keep in line with federal & provincial guidelines. Maximum group sizes will follow provincial guidelines. We will be conducting touchless temperature checks for all guides as they report for their shift and prior to them departing on tour. We will be conducting touchless temperature checks for all guests that are on a tour, or renting bikes and anyone displaying signs of a fever will be refunded and their tour will not proceed. Reservations will be made for all groups and extra time will be allowed to ensure we can accurately hit the correct times. Our guides will wear masks for the duration of the tour whilst at the winery and in the vehicle. All guests will be required to wear masks whilst travelling between wineries in the vehicles. Our Bicycles and Vehicles will undergo a full cleaning, sanitizing & disinfecting between each tour group. Hand Sanitizer will be provided to guests prior to entering the vehicle and again prior to entering the winery. We now able to offer a safe, contactless option for those who want to get out into the sunshine and enjoy some much needed fresh air! Starting on May 30th we will be re-opening our retail store for SAFE, CONTACTLESS, SOCIALLY DISTANT, CURBSIDE PICK UP of our Bicycle Rental Fleet. It has taken time to review all of our safety procedures and we are now FULLY ...CONFIDENT than we can meet all federal and provincial guidelines associated with our retail operation. See below for how our operation has changed.... Reservations/Appointments must be made in advance, either by phone or using the booking system below, walk-ins may be asked to return if we have appointments booked to ensure no overlap of groups on site. Maximum Group Size of 5 people to comply with current mandates On arrival to our HQ you will call or text us to advise you have arrived. We will then perform a touch-less temperature check to ensure customers do not display signs of a fever. All bicycles handlebars & seats will be sanitized We will prepare the appropriate bicycles for your height and being them out onto our patio. Our staff will all wear disposable gloves and non-medical masks. The bikes will then be be sanitized once more prior to guest use You will be provided with a lock that is sanitized We are also offering Lunch Delivery Options! You can pre-order a Pizza to be delivered at an agreed time at a specific location. Food delivery will be from one of our favourite local restaurants to #SUPPORTLOCAL during these times. If you book the Pizza Option we will follow up to allow you to pre-order, and also choose your delivery time to one of our chosen locations.
