Calling All Volunteers!! Are you a; Student Senior... Have days off during the week And looking for an amazing opportunity to volunteer during the day? Looking for a way to be around horses and provide a safe, calm and nurturing experience for amazing children? Shining Horizons Therapeutic Riding Center is currently looking for multiple volunteers for two very important roles! SIDE WALKER - NO HORSE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!! - 18+ years old Side walkers do just as the name implies. They get the rider ready (helmet, harness etc) and walk beside the horse and stabilize the rider to ensure their safety! LEAD - Horse experience required -15+ years old The lead prepares the horse for the ride and then leads the horse around the designated course! Plus a ride is only about an hour!
