Its not every day you get to work on a 1904 Sail Boat "The Black Jack" We had to remove the propeller, and push the very long and heavy drive shaft from the inside of the boat out. Then we removed the old through hull bearing and installed a new one. We also installed a new driveshaft. We then re installed the prop. A proud moment when completed

We slid this large beam through the exterior wall into a classroom. Slid up against the underneath of the second floor to allow for the removal of a load bearing wall to make two classrooms in to one.

Rebuilding a manure agitator. All stainless steel components minus the pulley

The hydraulic valve had a bad leak between the sections. We removed it and re sealed it.
