They are one of the leading Canadian companies in the field of stored product pest protection. Adalia’s successful business model focuses on ship and container fumigations. Adalia’s business strategy fits well with the business model of our subsidiary, Degesch America, Inc., explains Dr. Marco Rudolf, CEO of Detia Degesch Group, today. With the synergy provided by this acquisition, DDG strengthens its ongoing efforts for positive growth in the North American marketplace. We will be better positioned to serve customers in both the United States and Canada.
