Please be advised that my mother Mrs. Gouterman, 91 years old , with limited mobility, is a client of GTA Caring Solutions agency since April 2019. My mom and I, are both very pleased that we appealed for help to the agency. We are satisfied with the service provided by the employees of the agency and the agencys management. The caregivers are responsible, friendly, careful and sensitive to my mothers needs. All requests are performed and they try to protect and help her in every way. Each one has become a friend to my mother. Management responds promptly to all requests. For example, one of the caregivers took a vacation for 7 days, we were given a replacement based on our requests and wishes.The interview was organized in the shortest possible time, and I had the opportunity to interview several candidates and choose a suitable helper for her. Unfortunately we needed to replace caregivers working with us several times due to the vacations and once due to an accidental illness. In all cases, the replacement was prompt and appropriate, in line with our needs.
